Katalin Forrai developed the methods and materials of Hungarian pre-school music education under the guidance of Zoltan Kodaly from 1947 until his death in 1967 and she became the leading Hungarian authority in early childhood music education.
Music in Pre-School provides sections on the Child's general development and on musical development before and after the kindergarten years. It is full of age-appropriate songs, teaching ideas and strategies for planning musical activities.
